Accounts and Google sign-in

We use Clerk to manage accounts and sign-in. If you choose Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture when available. Clerk stores this information as part of your F3THR account. We use it to identify you, maintain your session, and check access to account and team features.

Google sign-in does not give F3THR your Google password or access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, or Drive files. We do not use Google account information for advertising or sell it. You can remove F3THR's Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing the connection does not itself delete information already stored by F3THR or Clerk; contact us to request deletion.

If you use another account method, Clerk may process the email address, username, phone number, and authentication information you provide. Creating an account does not automatically grant team access.

Orders and messages

When you order, we and our service providers process your contact and shipping details, selected products and build options, payment status, and order history to take payment, build and deliver your order, send updates, and provide support. Stripe handles payment details through its checkout. F3THR's order database does not store full card numbers.

If you contact us, we use the information you send to respond. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and subscription status to send the updates you requested. You can contact us to stop those updates. Order and account messages may still be needed to provide services you requested.

Website activity and cookies

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests, and errors to operate and protect the website. Account features use cookies and similar technology to maintain sign-in and protect sessions.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to public pages. Our analytics setup excludes admin, preview, sign-in, order-tracking, and checkout-success pages and removes query strings and URL fragments from the page addresses sent to analytics.

Who processes information

Authorized F3THR team members and service providers process information needed to operate the business. These include Clerk for accounts, Stripe for payments, Resend for email and waitlist contacts, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Neon for stored business records, and Cloudflare for domain and security services. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver orders. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate fraud or protect the service.

Social links and embedded third-party content, such as Instagram, connect to services with their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is described in their policies.

Retention and your requests

We retain information as needed to maintain accounts, fulfill orders, provide support, protect the service, and keep required business records. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. Account deletion may leave transaction or security records that we need to retain.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before using information in that way.
