Cancellations & returns

Custom builds

Custom builds are printed and hand-tuned to your spec, so we start consuming filament and machine time as soon as you order.

• •Custom orders can't be cancelled once placed.
• •$350 of your total is non-refundable. This is part of the price you pay — not an additional charge on top of it.
• •Custom builds can't be returned once they ship.

You'll see all of this on the build page and again at checkout before you pay.

Base and pre-made builds

Builds ordered as-configured — not customised per part — can be cancelled before they ship. Get in touch as early as you can; once a build enters the print queue we may not be able to pull it.

Something arrived wrong

None of the above affects a build that arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Message us in Discord or email hello@f3thr.com and we'll make it right.
